The combination of timber frame craftsmanship and green building features can be hard to find when looking to purchase a pre-designed home. Our Shell packages offer this innovative combination along with the flexibility to build your own home or hire a contractor.

Traditional Timber Frame Shell
The strength and beauty of a Traditional Timber Frame home is unparalleled. Old World joinery techniques feature mortise, tenon and dovetail connections completed with oak pegs. Exposed post and beams throughout the wall system creates craftsman charm and elegance. These packages include pre-cut, numbered timbers ready for 3-day installation.
Hybrid Timber Frame Shell
Hybrid Shells offer the strength and beauty of a traditional timber frame home with the added benefits of superior insulation to meet modern day energy-efficiency goals. We offer a complete catalog of designs to choose from or we can help you to design your own custom home. Hybrid Shells include wall system, heavy timber roof system with SIP style construction and tongue and groove ceiling components. Wall systems are pre-cut and ready to assemble on site.
